cordelisseZoey awoke in Arkham with no memory of how she arrived there. The last thing she remembered was something large and shadowy running across the road, instinctively swerving to avoid it, and slamming into a tree. The “Welcome to Arkham” video did nothing to answer her questions as to the why and how of her arrival, so she began investigating and talking with others. There was someone there who shared her face, which was a strange thing. They didn’t cross paths that much, which she didn’t particularly mind.
She began getting to know people, and becoming friends with a few. Phil Coulson helped her disinfect her dorm room, and they chatted a few times. When an epidemic spread through the campus, turning everyone human and taking away Zoey’s gift, he was the one she ran to; finally taking him up on his offer to talk to him about anything. He didn’t believe her at first, but she had seen his death... and after telling him what happened, verbatim, he was more open to the truth of her words. Later, he became her hand to hand combat instructor, teaching her better how to defend herself unarmed.
During the human plague incident, Zoey spent a time sunbathing in her underwear with Diana Abel. It was the first time they had spoken, outside of her initial video upon arrival. She quite liked her, and enjoyed their conversation.
Alan Wake was another she became close to; his sarcasm and general attitude caused them to get along like a house on fire. There was a de-aging incident, and together the two of them wreaked a little bit of havoc at Miskatonic. There was much running around and pranking... and after the incident with the glittery sex toys they went into one of the bathrooms to rinse off the evidence of their involvement... and something happened. There was snogging, and touching... and although it never made it to actualawkwardly teenager sex, it still bothered Alan immensely. They never had a chance to mend their friendship before he was murdered.
There was a tendency towards people ending up horrifically slaughtered, and because of her gift she was intimately familiar with how most of them happened. When Phil found the slaughter on the squash court, she had dreamt of it, filled with visions of blood and screams and agony; the sensation of being skinned had been what sent her screaming back into consciousness. The lingering pain and images had curtailed any thoughts of returning to sleep. So she went for a walk... and her footsteps led her to what her dreams had been warnings of.
When Jake Chambers arrived, Zoey knew he was an old soul, same as her, tired and worn and accustomed to the strange and unusual. He was a kindred spirit, being made for something, same as she was.
While there, a ‘cultist’ had been captured. She was the dean’s daughter, and knew more than anyone outside the campus had any right to. Zoey found out where she was being kept, and made her way there, for what ended up being an incredibly fascinating conversation. Emily had a gift similar to Zoey’s, although it was via artefact rather than innate.
During the de-aging plot, Logan had arrived, in dire need of smokes. Since she had ended up in a room that was vice!heaven, she ended up trading him cigarettes (and a couple cigars out of her stash) for a favour or two. They didn’t interact much aside from that, but she enjoyed their conversation, and was glad that she could put the cigarettes to good use.

Mal, who had also lost someone close to him, joined her, and they ended up drinking and flirting and sparring, before wandering off to go find a Chinese checkers set.

The stress sent Diana regressing to a younger mindset, which took Zoey by surprise, and she did what she could to try and help. At some point after that Zoey had a full blown, screaming vision. That ended up being broadcast on the network for all to see.
